Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management)

The Human Resource Management major deals with the management of people in an organisation. It covers recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, career planning, job analysis and organisational development.


BBus (Human Resource Management) Structure

The Human Resource Management major comprises 8 core human resource management units, 8 core supporting business units, 3 research-oriented units, 3 core Christian Studies units and 1 general elective.

Each unit is worth 3 credit points, with the exception of the Research Project which is worth 6 credit points, for a total of 72 credit points.

For students, it conveniently places Sheridan College next door to McIver Train Station and a 9-minute walk from Perth Train Station. 10 parking bays will also be available for the exclusive use of staff and students, and the Aberdeen St entrance to the Newcastle St Carpark is across the road.
