Did you graduate from a Baptist high school in Western Australia? Are you a current member of staff at a Baptist primary school or high school? If so, you qualify for one of a small number of tuition-free placements offered by Sheridan College for any of its undergraduate or postgraduate courses.
Sheridan College is an independent community of Christian scholars in the Perth CBD engaged in specialised teaching and research.
The College's Perth CBD campus opened in January 2015 and now offers undergraduate programs in business, science, and the humanities and social sciences, in addition to postgraduate courses in business administration. Additional courses across a range of disciplines (business, education, humanities, sciences and social sciences) are in development.
Sheridan College is a not-for-profit provider of higher education, and welcomes students from all faiths or none to complete their chosen degree in collaboration with the College's academic faculty.
The name “Sheridan” is derived from the Celtic “sirideán”, which means “seeker” or “searcher”, and is frequently used in the context of seeking truth or wisdom. The faculty are dedicated to advancing their students' understanding of the body of knowledge and professional practice in their respective disciplines, and to equipping students with the research skills to advance that knowledge for the benefit of the wider community.
